What is Heal-n-Soothe?

Heal-n-Soothe is a supplement made up of herbs and enzymes designed to reduce inflammation in your body and dissolve fibrin, a net-like substance that can trap blood cells when overproduced.

The ingredients free up your blood vessels to allow a return to healthy circulation.

Because of its anti-inflammatory and circulatory benefits, Heal-n-Soothe is promoted as a useful supplement for joint pain and sexual dysfunction.

But does it work? Let’s find out…

Specific Ingredients in Heal-n-Soothe

Heal-n-Soothe is made up of ingredients that can help reduce fibrin in your body. The product description explains that this is in part accomplished by a “powerful proteolytic enzyme combination,” namely: Protease AM, Protease 6.0 and Alkaline Protease, plus Bromelain.

According to the info packet, Bromelain has been studied extensively since its discovery in 1957, and the research suggests that Bromelain can remove excess fibrin, which interferes with healthy bloodflow. [1]

Another key ingredient in Heal-n-Soothe is Papain. Papain is an enzyme that has been shown to be helpful for treating diabetes, herpes, cancer, and indigestion. According to the company, taking it can improve issues with erectile dysfunction. [2]

There are seven more ingredients in this supplement:

Turmeric Extract: Turmeric is commonly used as an anti-inflammatory. [3]

Devil’s Claw: An herb that may be helpful for issues involving hardening of arteries. It may help with pain from arthritis. [4]

Boswellia Extract: Also known as Indian Frankincense, this is another anti-inflammatory plant medicine, and it may also be helpful in treatment of cancer. [5]

Mojave Yucca (root)s: An anti-inflammatory and anti-arthritic root. [6]

Ginger Extract: Ginger is known for promoting bloodflow and soothing indigestion. An extract is a highly concentrated version of the root. [7]

Rutin: Rutin is a plant pigment that is thought to strengthen circulation and is used for a variety of blood disorders. [8]

Citrus Bioflavanoids: These are found naturally in citrus fruits, and are believed to support bloodflow and circulatory health. [9]

Is Heal-n-Soothe Gluten and/or Dairy-Free?

Yes — Heal-n-Soothe is free of any gluten or dairy products. A relief for those suffering from these allergies…

How Does Heal-n-Soothe Work?

The ingredients in Heal-n-Soothe all contain properties that are known to be anti-inflammatory, support circulation, ease joint pain, or some combination of these benefits.

They work together to eat away at fibrin in your blood vessels, a net-like substance that interferes with bloodflow.

In the words of the company itself (I certainly couldn’t put it any better): The proteolytic enzymes in Heal-n-Soothe “help dissolve excess fibrin and scar tissue in the bloodstream. They also recognize ‘bad’ prostaglandins that cause excessive inflammation and dispose of them.”

Basically, the ingredients clear up your blood vessels so that blood cells can easily travel through your body, which is completely essential to healthy sexual functioning…

Is Heal-n-Soothe Effective?

Based on customer reviews, this product could be really helpful for joint pain. Some said that it seems to have made a big difference in their daily life.

However there are some reviews about having difficulties with returns.

Others warn that you need to be really careful about checking the ingredients to see if they could have any interactions with medications you might be on. If that’s a concern of yours, you should ask your doctor if this product is safe for you.

It definitely seems like for the people who were happy with it, it was soothing joint pain that was the primary benefit.

Potential Side Effects

As I already mentioned, you do need to check with your doctor to see if this product could interact with any medications you are using.

The company itself does not mention side effects, however, it is common for medicinal herbs to have some side effects for some people so I looked into it.

It looks like Boswelia could cause headaches, nausea and indigestion. Citrus bioflavonoids can cause difficulty sleeping and heartburn. Devil’s Claw can cause stomach pain and diarrhea.

I wouldn’t want you to be too scared by these — as I mentioned it is really common for medicinal herbs to have side effects. But I think it is important to know what the possibilities are, and I do wish the company had said more about it.

You might want to start with a smaller dose and see how it sits with you…

Where Can You buy Heal-n-Soothe?

The most direct way to purchase Heal-n-Soothe is through The Healthy Back website. You can order straight from there, and if you do, you can save up to 30%.

They offer a satisfaction guarantee and will issue a refund if you are not satisfied with their product, however be sure to read the specifications carefully as some reviews mentioned confusion on their policies.

Overall Take on Heal-n-Soothe

Heal-n-Soothe could be useful for providing pain relief caused by arthritis or other joint ailments.

It is made up of a variety of medicinal herbs as well as enzymes. Some side effects are possible and you should use caution if you are taking any medications.

If you have joint pain this could be a great supplement to try out — many people left positive reviews.

When I’m looking for supplements, I always ask “Is this the absolute best supplement out there for what I’m trying to accomplish?”

Heal-n-Soothe might be ideal for you if you have achy joints or arthritis.

If that’s the case… you can grab Heal-n-Soothe right here.

Here’s the thing though…

The product page talks a lot about how this product could help with sexual performance, but the reviews don’t seem to support these claims. To be honest, I get the impression that this is a joint pain supplement that has rebranded for sex drive and performance.

If your goal is boosting sex drive and sexual performance, I don’t think this is the first product that would come to mind to recommend to you.

Don’t get me wrong, the ingredients seem like they could do you a lot of good if arthritis is something you’re coping with. But if it’s mainly stronger and longer-lasting erections you are looking for, you probably would be better off with something more targeted.

So if I’m looking specifically for better sexual performancebetter sexual staminaand erections that rival a baseball bat for hardness…

I’m honestly going to take this supplement instead.

It’s a combination of 5 completely natural, exotic, vegetable-based ingredients discovered (and popularized) by a Vietnam War veteran who quit the service at age 54 to become a male pornstar.

This supplement, called 5GM, offers the kind of sexual benefits most men can only dream of having…

Things like improved blood-flow (yes, down there)the ability to last a lot longer… and to be at your absolute best sexually so that she’ll want to sleep with you more often.

If this sounds good to you… you can grab 5G Male via the link below:
