Hi everyone! This is Tara with Fit Trim Happy… and I am a certified nutrition coach here to answer some questions.

Today’s question is an interesting one. It is:

But on the whole, here’s what I have to say about diets. Make sure that you’re on a diet that you enjoy… you’re on a diet that works for you… and that ultimately is the best diet for you. 

Now, with all of that said, the best diet is lifestyle change. If you’re on a restrictive meal plan for any period of time… you’re actually more likely to gain back the weight that you lose.

How To Indulge In Your Foodie Favorites While Still Losing Weight

Fad diets and restricting yourself to painfully-small amounts of low-calorie rabbit food just doesn’t work when it comes to long term weight loss.
