“Deconstructed” Polish Cabbage & Ground Turkey Rolls

Be honest: When was the last time you thought about cabbage?
(To be frank, I don’t even think about cabbage when I’m in the produce section at the grocery store… I just gaze right past it! I think the only time cabbage comes to mind is around St. Patrick’s Day!)
Cabbage unfortunately often gets ignored in favor of lettuce. After all, lettuce is featured in many different salads (at restaurants and probably in your homemade salads, too).
Outside of coleslaw, many people tend to forget about cabbage. Some people don’t even know how flavorful this veggie can be!
But why? Who knows!
