Here are just a few of the amazing health benefits of curry powder:
1) Reduce inflammation
Turmeric is responsible for this benefit. Turmeric can help to reduce inflammation and has been used to treat rheumatoid arthritis and pain associated with inflammatory conditions like arthritis.
2) Boost bone health
Turmeric is to thank for this one, too. Some studies suggest that turmeric can help to increase bone regrowth, connectivity, and repair.
While more research needs to be done… this could be promising for those who suffer from osteoporosis!SPECIAL: What’s REALLY Causing Your Weight Gain, High Blood Pressure & Constant Fatigue (If You’re Over 30 You Need to See This)…

Step aside, turmeric—you aren’t the only spice in curry powder! Two other spices frequently included in curry powder, cardamom and sweet basil, both provide benefits to your heart health.
Both of these spices have been shown to help lower your blood pressure… which can help reduce your risk of cardiovascular conditions like atherosclerosis, heart attacks, and stroke.
4) Fight bacteria
Does your curry powder contain coriander? This spice is well known for its antibacterial properties.
That means it can help prevent foodborne diseases and infections!
So, when you add curry powder to this recipe (or any other)… you can feel confident that you’re getting a ton of important benefits! Along with that delicious flavor, of course. 🙂
Add THIS Delicious Side To Your Tomato Soup To Burn More Fat & Lose More Weight…
One of my favorite parts of eating tomato soup is the sides I get to enjoy it with.
I mean, you can’t go wrong by pairing your creamy tomato soup with a grilled cheese sandwich… or even cheese on its own!
And while my mom’s favorite grilled cheese sandwich might be made with American cheese (which I personally think has a suspiciously plastic-y texture)… I LOVE making my grilled cheese with a nice aged cheddar.
(I’m starting to drool a little just thinking about it!)
That’s why I was so excited when I recently came across some research about aged cheddar… and how it’s actually good for you! (You’re going to love this!)
Cheese has long been demonized by the weight loss world… but new research actually shows the opposite.
Eating certain cheeses can help your body burn more fat… and that’s without any extra work from you!
And aged cheddar isn’t the only cheese that has these amazing properties… there are 2 more absolutely delicious cheeses that also help your body burn fat more efficiently.
