What is it about pizza that just sort of feels like you’re indulging your cravings completely?

While fast food pizza can be bad for you… you don’t have to avoid it completely. All you have to do is be a little more picky about the pizza you do eat.

Pizza is always a family favorite, but this recipe makes it a healthy favorite as well!

This recipe is very vegetarian friendly too… with sneaky spinach for dietary folate for cellular health and lycopene-rich tomatoes for brain maintenance. So, if you (or any of your family members or friends) are vegetarian… this recipe is a perfect win!

And what if you have a mixed crowd? Some people eat meat… some don’t… and some just plain don’t like the same toppings as everyone else?

No problem! This pizza is so easy to customize for your particular tastes.

Add meat if you want to… go vegetarian if you prefer… and add any topping that you please!

In fact, you could even let each person customize their own pizza toppings—so not only are they sure they’ll get what they like… but it will also be fun & special to design a unique pizza!

This pizza is truly an all-around crowd pleaser!

Plus, it’s naturally high in proteins and whole grains… making for a great addition to any restricted diets.

And for those who don’t have dietary restrictions… you don’t even have to tell them this pizza is surprisingly good for them! 😉

The pros to this recipe don’t stop there. One of my favorite perks of this pizza recipe is that it’s SO fast.

I used to enjoy making pizza with a traditional crust… except that you have to let the dough rise. That adds at least another hour onto the prep time! (Who has time for that??)

This pizza dough DOESN’T need to rise, so it’s actually ready (mixed, topped, AND baked) in about 20 minutes!

The only problem with this pizza, then? You’ll totally want to make it again and again!

So if you want to get started on this quick, delicious high-protein pizza… here’s how to do it:

Directions:

1) Preheat the oven to 400F. Lightly grease a round pizza pan or a large baking sheet.

2) In a large mixing bowl, prepare the dough by mixing whole wheat flour and baking powder together. Sift, then add the Greek yogurt. Mix until a shaggy dough forms.

3) Pat the dough onto the lightly oiled baking sheet, then let it bake in the oven for 10 minutes until firm.

4) While the crust is cooking, prepare the sauce by mixing tomatoes, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder in your blender or food processor. (Note: Leftover sauce can be stored for up to 5 days in the refrigerator.)

5) Remove pizza crust from the oven and top with pizza sauce. Add the cheese, then sprinkle with spinach and any other toppings you want to add. Bake for another 10 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown. Serve hot.

How Eating This Delicious Pizza (And Other High-Carb Foods) Can Actually Help You Lose Weight…

Now, I know what you’re thinking:

“Even though this pizza is higher in protein than most pizzas… and even if I avoid the really unhealthy toppings… pizza isn’t a health food! It’s too high in carbs.”

Am I right?

Pizza and other carb-heavy foods have gotten a really bad rap in the weight loss world over the last few years… especially as low-carb diets (like keto) have risen in popularity.

But… there’s actually a way you can eat your pizza and lose weight, too!

It’s a weight loss secret that was discovered by an Ivy League scientist… and it allows you to turn ANY carb-heavy food (pizza, cookies, bread, pasta, cake—you name it!) into fat-burners.

And it doesn’t require you to spend hours at the gym every day… or take bucket loads of vitamins with every meal…

Instead, all you have to do is eat this 1 tasty food before you indulge in your favorite carbs.

And when you do that? You’ll see the pounds come melting off!

So, if you want to see the research that shows how you can turn carbs into fat-burners… and the one food you need to eat before enjoying your delicious carbs… click here:
