Tuna Avocado Sandwich Recipe
Tuna Avocado Sandwich
- 1/3 avocado
- 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 oz white tuna, drained
- 1 slice of tomato
- 1 piece of lettuce
- 1 slice of red onion
- 1 slice of whole grain bread
1) Mash avocado and combine with lemon juice. Fold in tuna and mix to combine.
2) Stack all ingredients on your slice of bread for a healthy open-faced sandwich.
