FTH’s Cranberry-Topped Turkey Meatloaf
Serves 4
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 egg
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried sage
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 15-oz can cranberry sauce
Directions:
1) Preheat the oven to 350-F. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, egg, salt, pepper, sage, thyme, and rosemary.
2) Stir in oats, then mix until combined. Press into loaf pan. Top with cranberry sauce. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165-F in the center.
3) Remove from the oven and let cool. I personally like to serve this holiday-inspired turkey meatloaf with green beans (canned or frozen is fine!) and steamed sweet potatoes to complete the meal.
